Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Siege Collectables website (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance by Siege Collectables. To request a return authorization, please contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were sold, as determined by Siege Collectables upon inspection.
Eligible returns must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused and unopened;
- Any manufacturer seals (if applicable) remain intact;
- Original packaging, inserts, and accessories are included;
- Packaging and item show no additional wear, damage, markings, odors, or alterations;
- Item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Items that do not meet these standards may be denied a refund or may be subject to a partial refund at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, used, or altered products;
- Items returned in a condition different from how they were sold;
- Items with damaged, missing, or modified packaging;
- Clearance, final sale, or items marked "as-is";
- Digital products or gift cards;
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Collectible Condition Disclaimer
Many items sold by Siege Collectables are collectible or limited-edition products. Minor cosmetic imperfections to packaging—such as shelf wear, corner dings, creases, tape residue, or manufacturer-applied stickers—are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
Manufacturing variations in paint application, sculpt, assembly, or finish are inherent to collectible items and are not grounds for return or refund.
Packaging condition is not guaranteed unless the product listing explicitly states that the item is sold as "mint" or "near-mint." Returns based solely on packaging condition will only be accepted if the item does not meet a condition explicitly stated in the product listing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photographic evidence, including:
- The outer shipping box;
- Internal packing materials;
- The damaged or incorrect item.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe or provide adequate documentation may void eligibility for a claim.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow processing time after inspection for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders that are refused at delivery or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be subject to return shipping fees and/or restocking fees. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
No Pre-Orders
Siege Collectables does not accept pre-orders. All items offered for sale are either in stock or marked unavailable until inventory is received.
