At SIEGE Collectibles, we take great care in packaging and shipping your precious items. Please review the details below so you know what to expect.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will usually be processed the next business day.
- During busy periods (holidays, major releases, conventions), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States.

*Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, customs (international), or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, destination, and selected method.
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99 within the continental United States (exclusions may apply for very heavy/large items).
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by the carrier or local authorities.
Important Notes for Collectibles
- All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and proper protection to prevent damage.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages once they are in the carrier’s possession (but we will assist with claims whenever possible).
- Fragile or high-value items may require signature confirmation (included automatically when needed).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized/heavy collectibles — please provide a physical address.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/packaging.
- We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
